House Rules

1, A responsible person over 18 years of age must supervise all the times.

2 , No food or drinks are to be consumed on the soft play

3, All shoes, badges and jewellery must be removed to avoid damage to the equipment and injury to the others.

4, Do not allow children to take any hard or sharp object onto the soft play.

5, No party-poppers, henna, coloured steamers can be used near the soft play.

6, No water on other liquid to be poured or sprayed onto the soft play ( just for cleaning purposes) as it causes the surface slippery and damages it. If the soft play is deliberately soaked you will be charged double your hire fee to cover our costs in subsequent cancelled bookings and drying time.

7, Do not set up the softplay in the event of rain.

8, No smoking, barbecues, glass or animals on or near the soft play.

9, Reckless or boisterous behaviour must not be allowed.

10, Slides should be used in a stitting position.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering our softplay cafe for your upcoming visit! We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, due to the nature of our business and limited availability, we have a specific cancellation policy in place. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Cancellation Time Frame:

– To be eligible for a refund, we require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice prior to your scheduled visit.

– If you cancel your reservation within the specified time frame, you will be entitled to a full refund of any prepaid fees, minus any applicable processing fees.

 

2. Non-Refundable Policy:

– If you do not notify us of your cancellation at least 2 weeks in advance, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or rescheduling options.

– This non-refundable policy is in place to ensure fairness to all our guests and to optimize our limited availability for others who would like to visit.

 

3. Rescheduling Options:

– If you need to reschedule your visit, please inform us at least 2 weeks in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

– Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

– To cancel a booking or discuss any changes, please get in touch with our friendly customer service team at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled visit.
